Hey folks! Nat and Cal (mostly Cal) here,

For the final Mutation of 2025, we wanted to do something a little… pineapplier. Because we’re famously light-on with pineapple-related things at KAIJU!
Nat was banging on incessantly about this perfect piña colada he had at a clifftop bar on the northeast coast of Bali.

You know the type of holiday moment we mean. Perfect view, perfect breeze, perfect drink… you ALMOST forget about the kids at your feet whingeing about every damn thing… Anyway, Nat wouldn’t shut up about this piña colada once we got home. Eventually we gave in, “Alright Nat, if you can design a beer that actually tastes like that, we’ll brew it.”

...So we did.

Piña Kollider is our hazy, island-inspired hybrid. It’s a juicy kollision of pineapple, coconut and a squeeze of lime, all wrapped up in waves of Eclipse, Vic Secret and a generous hit of Sabro. Because when life gives you tropical hops… you brew a tropical “Escape”.

We also made it because, honestly, this time of year can be a lot. And we think it’s the right time to treat yourself to something that feels like a little holiday, even if you’re just parked in your backyard with a cold beer and a 70s yacht rock playlist. This is our little slice of that. A final cheers from us before the year wraps.
